DIProducts Knurled Tactical Universal Bolt Knob for 1/4"-20 Black Threaded Bolt Handles

I love this handle! I have to admit, I was expecting it to be bigger and was a little taken back when it arrived and I seen the actual size. That being said, after installation, I think it is a great improvement on my Savage Model 93. Bought this know I would have to modify my factory bolt handle. After aligning and comparing different layouts I concluded if you grind down the existing ball on a Model 93 or MKII to the needed 1/4” diameter and thread it, that will keep the handle just far enough away from the scope to keep gloves from catching on the scope. IMO, if you plan just cutting off the ball and threading the rest it will leave you too close to the scope, which is opposite of what I was looking for. I highly recommend this if you have the ability or can take it to a gunsmith to install.
