Limbsaver Recoil Pad
First the good. The screw holes line up with the Boyd's stock so you don;t need to drill new ones. The pad does a really god job with recoil. The not so good. Limbsaver pads are a real PAIN to grind and get the rubber smooth. I tried freezing and it didn't work. I ended up using wd40 on the sanding disk and that really helped out. Then after getting the fit correct I used a block and 500grit wet paper to smooth it out. Stay clear of the buffer as that is just plain ugly. All in all a really nice pad that if you put in the work looks and works really well.
